Returns & Exchanges

You may return items purchased from Water & Blood within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to this policy.

Returns

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Customers must pay all shipping costs for any returned orders that are under $100. Water & Blood pays return shipping costs for any orders over $100.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges
  2. Once approved, pack the items to be returned
  3. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Be sure to cover any existing shipping labels.
  4. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
  5. After we receive the returned items, you will receive your choice of a refund, minus shipping costs, or store credit. Any refunds will be returned to your original payment method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If we messed up, that's on us. Please contact us so we can make it right.

All of our shirt and hoodie designs should last at least 60+ washes without any defects, as long as you follow the care instructions provided. If you experience any issues within one year of receiving your item(s), let us know.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange any items in your order, we're happy to help. All exchanged items must be unwashed, undamaged, and unworn. To get started on an exchange, please follow the instructions above.

Sale and Clearance Items

"Sale and clearance" items include discontinued designs and items with minor blemishes or misprints. All orders of "sale and clearance" items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

In order to get a refund, you must follow the Return & Exchange Process outlined above. We can only offer refunds for unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items that are returned within 30 days of placing your order. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. We will issue refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your approved returned items. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method you used when you placed your order. After we process a refund, refunded payments usually take between 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
